Lease Terms & Rent
Yes, The Bouldin offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6-15 months, contact the leasing team for more info.
Rent is due on the first of each month. A grace period is provided until the fifth of the month and payments are considered late on the sixth. Late fee is 9.99% of your monthly base rent.
No, utilities are submetered to your specific apartment home and billed approximately 45 days in arrears.

Parking
Yes, The Bouldin offers onsite parking in our parking garage, residents pay $50 per vehicle and we offer reserved parking on level P2 for $200 monthly. Please see leasing office for details. We also offer a total of 40 EV charger spots via Blink, residents receive a discounted rate for charging.
Yes, we have two bike storage rooms located on each level of the parking garage. This is free of charge for residents to use.
Guests can park in the parking garage and pay for parking via Metropolis. Signage is posted throughout the garage with QR code to set up.
